Traded my 2017 FC2 (sedan) for a 2024 FL5, and accidentally left my "bin" that I kept in the trunk in the old ride, to carry the various factory components for the trade-in...

That said, I need something new for the hatch. I don't carry around a lot, just need something to keep groceries or whatever from sliding around. What general use storage containers or bins or nets are you folks throwing in your "boot"?

I don't currently have a storage solution in the hatch area; however, I was looking at the Honda Rear Cargo Organizer (Part # 08U20-S9V-101). I don't cart around much, but this should meet my basic needs for trunk storage. Vehicle fitment is confirmed for the 2023 Honda Civic EX-L, LX, Sport, and Sport Touring so it should fit the Type R just fine.

I got the cargo net from my dealer, has definitely come in handy. If you have the Honda all weather cargo mat they have the dividers that you can also use.

Trunk Tray Dividers

I also got these off of Amazon, has come in really handy to store things.

I got the trunk trunk tray, dividers, and cargo net with the car. I'd say the dividers are helpful in preventing things from rolling around too much since there's large and small sections. I can still put larger things on top and it doesn't get in the way.

I find the net only useful when I get some hardware from home Depot that I really don't want sliding around, it does a good job holding it in place.

I also taped a small sturdy cardboard box to one of the furthest divider to hold small things that stay in the trunk like a flashlight and grocery bags.
