So far this winter on a normal work week where 70% of my driving is expressway I get a little better than 27 MPG.

New battery - so mpg counter reset. Now shows over 27 - was showing about 26.6.
27 is better than the 25 combined that Honda quotes for the FK8, so no complaints here.
