DAB Option Missing on Infotainment

Hi guys,

On some FL5 manuals and brochures there is mention of DAB, in addition to AM and FM Radio. This option is missing on my infotainment (region specific). Assuming that Honda won't leave out the required antenna to receive DAB, has anyone been able to add this app/option? I'm thinking it might be hidden.

USA FL5's have digital HD radio, which automatically switches from FM to the HD signal if the broadcast is strong enough. An FM screen icon will indicate if in HD mode and the sound quality difference is quite noticeable - better than Sirus/XM in my opinion. Not all FM stations broadcast the HD signal.
There might be a setting to disable HD radio, but mine was active from day one.
