Angeles Crest FK8 & FL5 Meet?

Hello friends - who's in the area and wants to do a meet and go up to good vibes on friday august 9? Would be fun to get 5+ of us together and go to the meet. If you haven't been before, we would need to get there by 815am and it takes about an hour from pasadena or glendale.

I know there a car meet at crest once a month or so. I think it was a fri or sat. I dont know if they had any problems.

my advice is stay away from that place if you are modded.

I got a ticket before on Los Angeles Crest for driving just 10 miles over the limit. That's not even that fast. There’s a guy on YouTube with a stock M2 who got pulled over, and the cop asked him to pop his hood and rev the engine. California cops are strict and often send people to the state ref.

I avoid taking my Type R to those areas for these reasons. Everyone tends to drive over the speed limit because it’s fun, and I don’t blame you guys. Just keep the fast driving on the track.

If your cars are fully stock, I don’t see a problem.
